Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We ship across India. We do not ship outside India at the moment.

How long it takes

• Each piece is made after you order. Making usually takes 5–7 days.
• Courier delivery then takes about 5–8 days, depending on your location.
• In total, please expect your order in about 10–15 days. Large items or busy festival seasons can take a little longer; we will keep you updated.

Shipping charges

• Orders of ₹999 or more: free shipping.
• Orders below ₹999: ₹79 shipping. The charge is shown in your cart before you pay.

Tracking

When your order is shipped we send the courier name and tracking details to your registered mobile number. You can also see the order status any time under My orders.

Address and delivery problems

Please check your address and pincode at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or because nobody could receive it, we will contact you; re-shipping may need the shipping charge to be paid again.
