These terms apply when you use the ThreadSpell website and place an order with us. By using the website you agree to them.

About us

ThreadSpell is a small handmade crochet shop based in India. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).

Your account

• You need an account (name and mobile number) to place an order or make an offer.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Products and prices

• Products are handmade, so colour, size and pattern can vary slightly from the photos.
• We may change prices or mark products unavailable at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you place the order.

“Make an offer”

• On some products you can offer your own price. You can send up to 3 offers per product.
• If we accept your offer, that price is locked for you for 24 hours. After that, the normal price applies again.

Orders and payment

• You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) or choose Cash on Delivery where available.
• An online order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. We do not see or store your card or UPI details; Razorpay handles them.
• We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product becomes unavailable or we cannot deliver to your address.

Custom messages

Tell us your preferences (colour, size, name) in the custom message when you add a product to your cart. We will make the piece as close to your request as we can; please do not include anything offensive or anything you do not have the right to use.

Our content

The designs, photos and text on this website belong to ThreadSpell. Please do not copy them without asking.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of [Your City].
